Nearly three weeks ago, September 25th marked the first anniversary of Bungie/Microsoft's masterpiece, Halo 3. Because Bungie has become a master at efficient viral marketing thus causing people to become excited over literally the slightest hint at a new game, I was super excited about Halo 3 years before the game was released. Just like the Guster concert I went to last year, after Halo was released I felt I had little to look forward to for a while. All of the excitement generated in anticipation plateaued and disappeared at the arrival of the game.
But alas, Bungie has saved the day yet again. While on the internet I found three words that sparked my geeky excitement again: Halo 3 Recon. While it isn't much (something that Bungie obviously knows how to work with) I am genuinely excited and hope that you will be too:

Oh, that is so sexy.
Ya know, I've never been a fan of Halo. I think it stems from the fact that I've never owned an XBOX and never knew anyone that played it a lot.
Nonetheless, it looks great.
