In the past, all of my posts on this blog have involved some sort of serious undertone expressing my opinion on the topic, a pressing issue, or tips to living a better, more fruitful life. But just like the title suggests, this post will have nothing but tomfoolery and nonsense as I count down the top five funniest super bowl commercials aired during Super Bowl XLIII. And the winners are...
#5 (Tie) Coca Cola Heist: This video is just cool.
#5 (Tie) Conan O'Brien Bud Light: I love this man.
#4. MacGruber and Pepsi: If you have ever seen the MacGruber sketches on SNL then you will love this. Also, that is the real MacGyver at the door!
#3. E-Trade Babies: Bahahahahaha
#2. Mean Troy Paulumalu: For those who remember the Mean Joe Greene Coca-Cola commercial back in the day, this is BRILLIANT!
#1. Career Builder: Three words: Thank you CareerBuilder.
Honorable Mentions: These commercials came close but didn't have enough to make the top five. And because of this we won't even give them their own video space but a lowly link instead.
#1. Cars.com
#2. Cash for Gold The first 30 seconds of this commercial were amazing. But the entire crew must have gotten fired and replaced by C-SPAN during the second half cause it just gets boring.
Reporting in between homework,
Chad
P.S. A public shout out to Tyson Call for a "mini" adventure.

Good choices I declare.
I hadn't seen the Conan one, and it is my new favorite. I love Conan, he's a champ.
I also liked the mean Joe Greene one, I love when people destroy timeless classics from my childhood. Seriously. /not being sarcastic
"What? I can't flex the golden pipes?" Ha ha ha ha! Priceless.
Awesome. Not the best year for commercials, but there were some greats, nonetheless. Thanks Chad for the commercial reviews!
